This day I decided to let Chris and Dave go to Bachelor by themselves. Dave was trying to get as much riding in before he left as possible. I was staying a couple extra days and knew I didn't have to push it. Plus, I wanted to walk around Bend some more.
Above you see the Deschutes brewery which is undergoing renovation. Looks like they were receiving some malt when I took this picture.

Speaking of beer, as I am want to do, another reason to spend the day in Bend was to eat lunch at Bend Brewing Company. Above you see most of my beer sampler platter. For food I had a Blackened Blue Marlin Caesar salad.
This is the view of Mirror Bond that one sees from the back area of Bend Brewing Company. It's a nice location for a brewpub.
Whilte I was walking around Bend in the sunshine, there was a blizzard on Mt. Bachelor, where Chris and Dave were doing battle with the elements.
